Shipping policy
Once you place an order, we start processing orders for shipment immediately and we are unable to make changes to, cancel, or alter your order.
You will receive a shipment confirmation within 1-3 business days. Depending on where you live shipping takes 2-5 days shipped via our logistics partners.
Processing and Shipping can take 10 to 15 business days from the day of ordering (business days are Monday-Friday only, no weekends, and no national holidays) You will be provided a Tracking Number within 24 hours after processing – once your order is shipped.
PLEASE enter your address carefully as we can not make changes once you have confirmed the order.
Bow Bucket is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
Customers are responsible for packages as soon as they enter the logistics partners system. If there is an issue with your package once it is in Logistics hands, you must contact your courier partners office for help.
Once we hand over to logistics partners it is out of our control and we cannot help you! If your tracking email says your package has been delivered and you can’t find it OR your package is delayed, please call your local courier partner whichever is carrying your order and they can help you track it down most of the time.
