Welcome to Bow Bucket, where we make your bow dreams come true with our unique, handcrafted accessories. In case of any damage or defect or missing in our products, kindly make a 360-degree video of opening the parcel and showing all the products, so that we can address the issue.
Please note that we will not entertain any complaints without a video. If the product is found defective, we will offer a replacement, but strictly no refunds will be initiated. If you want to exchange a product in perfect condition, we accept exchanges if the product is shipped back to us in unused and unopened condition. In case of missing of product we strictly need parcel opening video.
In this case, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer. We understand that our products can be gifted to someone, but we request that the recipient makes an opening video from start to end, including the unboxing process, as soon as they receive the parcel. For any damage-related complaints, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing us at support@bowbucket.com. We guarantee that your product will arrive in perfect condition, and if something goes wrong, just drop us an email, and we will take care of it.
